Step 2: Design & Planning
Our experienced design team collaborates closely with you to create tailored architectural and engineering plans that reflect your business goals, branding, and functional requirements. We handle everything from site layout and floor planning to mechanical, electrical, and structural design. Throughout the process, we ensure full compliance with local zoning bylaws, building codes, and industry standards.
You’ll be involved at every key milestone to review concepts, suggest changes, and approve final plans—ensuring the finished product aligns perfectly with your vision.
3. Budgeting & Permitting
After finalizing the design, we prepare a detailed and transparent cost estimate so you know exactly what to expect—no surprises. Our team then takes care of all permit applications, development approvals, and compliance requirements with local authorities.
Once permits are approved, the project enters an exciting stage: interior design selection. This is where you choose your finishes, fixtures, flooring, cabinetry, and more. Whether you're after a modern, industrial, or classic look, our design experts guide you through the process to ensure your space reflects your brand and functional needs.
Step 4: Construction
With permits in place and selections finalized, construction begins. Our skilled team coordinates every aspect of the build—from site preparation and foundation work to framing, mechanical installations, and finishing touches.

Throughout the build, you’ll receive regular progress updates, including photos, milestone reports, and walkthrough opportunities.
